Xtian Dela’s Video Exposes Rampant Homosexuality in Kenya

If you live in Kenya and  have access to the internet or simply WhatsApp statuses, then you probably know that homosexuality is trending among the Kenyan youth and of course, on twitter. Thanks to Xtian Dela who did an expose on his YouTube channel on homosexuality among the youth, the world is now aware of this trend too.

In the video, Xtian Dela interviews the youth as represented by a lesbian and two gay men, one of whom you can spot is dressing like a lady (cross-dresser). He also takes a very neutral stand on the subject of homosexuality itself and simply asks questions based on curiosity and a desire to understand the youth who are homosexuals.

Among some of the things they opened up about was how they came to realize that they were attracted to people of the same sex and how they finally managed to come out, first to their friends, then family and finally the world. It really is a video you should watch especially if you want to understand your homosexual friends or family members.

The reactions from the LGBT video ranged from hateful to motivational. Some people were simply shocked by truths shred in the video but maintained their stand as pro-choice however the bulk of the messages were from people appalled by the openness of the youth in the video especially on matters relating to sex and intimacy.

In one comments, a viewer wrote “Lesbianism is for the rich…the rest of us need to have sex with men to benefit from favors and get money for the salon.” Other comments posted are too ill mannered to write but they share the fact that very few Kenyans are ready to easily accept their friends or family members being homosexuals.
