Two siblings have won the right to marry themselves in the United States. The two, James Banes 41 and his kid sister Victoria Banes 38, have been fighting a decade to have their love affair legalised and issued a marriage certificate.

The court ruled in their favour after years of legal tussle. They are now making preparations for their big wedding with much attention on the date to hold the ceremony.

New Jersey is seen as one of the most liberal states in the United States. It was one of the first in the country to legalise gay marriage in 2013. It maybe leading the way for not only incest to be seen as normal but also legally accepted as marriage.
