Money, Sex and Religion- Victoria Hamah Explains Her Humiliating Defeat
Victoria Hamah has taken to her Facebook page to tell he world the reaon she was trounced upon at yesterday’s parliamentary primaries of the NDC. The former deputy minister in the erstwhile Mahama government came last in the four-candidate contest of the Kintampo North primaries.
The only female in the race, Vicky attained a paltry 65 votes as against 532, 486 and 207 votes attained by the first, second and third placed opponents. An astonished Vicky said on her page that she campaigned on a good message hoping to ignite her delegates to higher consciousness.
Victoria Hamah switched from the Ablekuma West constituency where she contested Ursula Owusu in the last election. Her defeat made her to swap her candidature to the Kintampo North. However, this also failed her. Her only option now is to contest as an independent candidate.
