VIDEO: Movie Director Ola Michael Justifies Sleeping With ‘So Many’ Actresses

Former Public Relations Officer of the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) and now movie director, Ola Michael, has justified his statement of sleeping with actresses but not for movie roles.

In a latest interview, Ola confessed to sleeping with some actresses both mainstream and upcoming ones.

According to him, he slept with those actresses, not because of movie roles but because the actress themselves wanted to sleep with him- which he obliged.

He disclosed that some of the people he sleeps with know very well that he wouldn’t come out to say or point them out that he has slept with them.

These revelations have shocked many people. Now in another latest interview with Accra-based radio station Peace FM, Ola has come out to explain his statement.

He said the original story had been made to suggest that was what he meant but it wasn’t. To him, his understanding of the earlier question was whether he had dated and slept with any actress he worked with.

“The question was whether it is something that happens for movie directors to date actresses- to which I said yes it happens”, he said.

He explained that since actors, actresses and directors spend months on set, they might fall in love and decide to date and make love. Ola said he sees nothing wrong with that.

“It’s not wrong for matured individuals to meet on set and fall in love and decide to start dating”, he justified.

He further added that he dated the actress he has slept with while working together.

Ola also spoke about the negative consequence of ‘sex for roles’ and mixing business with pleasure.
