From Gospel to Gay – Watch as Xtian Dela Interviews Gay Kenyan Gospel Artist
Kenyan You tuber Xtian Dela is back with yet another video exposing the increased rate of homosexuality in Kenya. His recent video features a gay gospel artist. Yes, you read right. Kenyan gospel artist MCK appeared on Xtian’s channel for an interview where he opened up about being gay and supporting the rights of gay Christians. Watch the video here;
In the video, the gospel artist is wearing a wig and even make up. When asked point black about whether he is gay, he dodged the question saying that the point of the interview was not his sexuality. He insisted that what is important is to accept gay people especially in the church. He is of the opinion that Christians have failed in accepting the homosexual community in the church.
In the video, MCK said that when he announced that he was ‘gay’ on social media, fans alongside fellow gospel artists started ignoring him. No one even asked whether he was fine or the reasons behind his turning gay. To him, this showed just how much discrimination homosexuals face. The artist went further to ask Xtian troubling questions. “Would you abandon a family member or close friend if they turned gay?” he asked. Xtian said no after making it clear that no one he knew has come out as gay.
Xtian Dela however reminded the artist that according to the Bible, homosexuality is a sin. Therefore, how wrong are Christians in not accepting homosexuals in the church? What do you think? Leave your opinion below. Let’s discuss this tricky topic together
