Gabby Otchere-Darko Says Ghana is Flourishing Under the NPP Government—and Things Are Booming

Contrary to widespread social media cries by Ghanaians that things are difficult and that Nana Akufo Addo and his NPP government have failed to live to expectations, Gabby Otchere-Darko, a relative of the president and a leading NPP member has said Ghana is flourishing.

Gabby took to his facebook page a few hours ago to claim that Ghana’s economy is stable—despite the thousands of jobs lost in the banking sector alone in the last two years and also claimed that more jobs have been created.

Gabby wrote with the photo of Nana Akufo Addo:

“Don’t be distracted. Stay focused. Industries are growing. Agric is booming. Economy is stable. Roads are being fixed and more will be fixed. Dams dug, more oil drilled, more kids schooled, more lives saved, and yet too many are still struggling, a lot more work to be done to get economy booming broadly, more jobs created and more money in people’s pockets. Stay focused. Keep on believing. Ghana is working and will work for all.”
