Today is Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale’s birthday and there has been an outpouring of well-wishes from fellow celebrities and fans.

The controversial Ghanaian artist is just turning 35, but there are whispers that it might be a “football age” and that the “Bandana From Ghana” hitmaker is probably not as “young” as he’d like people to believe. His Wonder Boy album cover is probably a factor in these rumours as fans have argued that a 35-year old with the kind of money Shatta Wale claims to have has no business looking like a wizened senior citizen.

In any case, it’s a joyful day for Majesty’s father and he’s getting love from all angles. Efia Odo, who has been rumoured to be one of the SM boss’s bedmates took to Instagram to celebrate him and seems to think the picture of both of them speaks volumes and therefore there’s no need for “long talk”.
