Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei became the butt of jokes recently after it was revealed that he allegedly borrowed GHC500 from A-Plus.

After being called out by founding editor of Africacelebrities.com and Ghanacelebrities.com Chris-Vincent Febiri for being broke and living a fake life, the actor has been trying desperately to make light of the situation and have the public believe he’s a real “big boy”.

Meanwhile, a picture he posted of his phone with a screen cracked to so many pieces it’s a mystery how it’s still functioning suggests there might be some truth to Chris-Vincent’s accusations.

But since we’re in the Lemonade Season, Prince David is trying to make the most of that situation and has chosen self-deprecating humor as his armor. Since then the actor has been posting “Broke is the new sexy” as some sort of new slogan.
