Busola Dakolo Loses Civil Case Against Biodun Fatoyinbo, N1Million Demanded From Her As Damages

Some few months ago, Busola Dakolo, wife of gospel singer Timi Dakolo, accused COZA pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of raping her many years past.

Busola granted an interview in which she explained how the said event took place. This interview broke the internet, with some celebrities praising her for her boldness and others rooting for the pastor.

Busola further sued Biodun and asked him to pay her N10,000 in damages.

Well, new developments indicate that the rape case against Pastor Biodun has been dismissed by a ruling court, and not only was it dismissed, Timi Dakolo’s wife has now been ordered to pay N1million in damages and as payment for defaming the COZA founder.

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Court 12 sitting at Bwari dismissed the case filed by Busola Dakolo’s lawyers and acquitted Biodun.
