On The Issue Of Marital Abuse, Nollywood Star, Padita Agu Advises On What Makes One Stronger

Padita shared the sorrowful experience she had to endure in her marriage on her social media handles a few weeks ago and it got people reaching out to console and also pray for strength for her.

The actress revealed that she was forced to date her ex-husband by a friend and was also convinced by that same ex-husband not to involve her family in the marriage process.

Weeks after sharing her story, she mentioned that she thought she had healed completely but the feedback the story got made her shed tears the more. Today, Padita is advising all victims of marital abuses that if the abuse doesn’t kill them, surely they would come out stronger.

‘If it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger’. She earlier mentioned that her horrifying experiences have made her stronger and wiser than before. This, however, does not mean one should stay in an abusive marriage.
