“Fela Kuti Died After Being Injected With a Toxic Substance While In The Custody Of NDLEA” – Dede Mabiaku Says
Dede Mabiaku, former band mate of late Nigerian singer Fela Kuti, has alleged the deceased singer was injected with a toxic substance while in the custody of the NDLEA. This he said caused the activist to die slowly.

Dede Mabiaku made this accusation while reacting to the arrest of Omoyele Sowore, stating that the freedom fighter needed to be medically examined after being held in DSS custody.
Dede claimed that the late Fella had confided in him and his son Seun Kuti that he had been injected.
