Beware Who You Date in Nairobi – Man Charged With Defiling His Girlfriend’s Daughter in Dandora
On Tuesday morning, a man was charged before Madaraka Law Court with defiling his girlfriend’s daughter; A minor of 13 years.
On Tuesday morning, a man was charged before Madaraka Law Court with defiling his girlfriend’s daughter. The victim who is 13 years of age was defiled in 2018 between December 12 and 14.
The suspect, Levi Ndegwa took advantage of the girl at his girlfriend’s house in Dandora Estate, Nairobi. During that time, he was suppose to be watching the minor for two days as his girlfriend went to work.
The minor reported the incident to her mother eventually when she returned from work. The two reported the man to Dandora Police station. He was arrested on December 13th 2019.
In her statement, the minor mentioned that while she was left alone with the man, he ordered her to lock the door and undress. When she refused, he forcefully stripped her naked and raped her.
The suspect Ndegwa denied the charges and was released on a bond of Sh. 300,000. The case hearing will start in April 2020.
