Nigerian Singer, Uriel Oputa Acquires New Citizenship-PHOTO
Uriel mentioned that she was born in Britain but wasn’t entitled to citizenship because her mother was a Nigerian.
Uriel Ngozi Oputa known as Uriel Music Star has revealed she’s now a British after several attempts.

Uriel mentioned that she was born in Britain but wasn’t entitled to citizenship because her mother was a Nigerian.

The actor cum musician added she’s grateful her mother didn’t abandon them in Nigeria when their dad passed some years ago. ‘Just grateful my mum didn’t abandon us in Nigeria years bk when my Dad passed. She fought in a foreign country with Five children’.
She further added she had to sing the British national anthem in their language for her to become eligible as a citizen.
