VIDEO: Rick Ross Arrives In Ghana Ahead Of Detty Wave Concert 2019, Gets Thrilled To A Freestyle By A Ghanaian Rapper

William Leonard Roberts II, known professionally as Rick Ross is in Ghana ahead of his concert and also as part of Ghana’s Year of Return 2019.

The American rapper was given a resounding welcome at the Airport with a freestyle by one of Ghana’s singer CJ Biggerman.  The rapper is in Ghana ahead of the Detty Rave concert scheduled for December 27 at Spintex in Accra organized by Nigerian artiste Mr. Eazi.

Ghana’s year of Return 2019 is a journey inviting the Global African family both home and abroad to mark the 400 years of the arrival of the first enslaved Africans at Jamestown.

The event is a year-long one and has seen the arrival of many celebrities visiting the many tourist sites in Ghana as a way of reminding themselves of their forefathers’ struggles as slaves.

The concert would have on stage some Ghanaian musicians performing and other foreign arts.
