Controversial Gospel Artist Willy Paul Tops Boomplay’s Most Streamed Kenyan Artist in 2019

Controversial Gospel artist Willy Paul is celebrating a big win this festive season. He has been ranked number one as the most streamed Kenyan artist on Boomplay in 2019.

He celebrated his win publicly; posting the list with his name at the top on his Instagram page. ”And the number one artist in Kenya @boomplaymusicke is ME as you can see, numbers never lie.”

“People will fight you and will even try to kill you but at the end of the day if you have God and hard work no fool can stop you,” he wrote on Instagram.

Nyashinski who is a fan favorite made number two on the boomplay list and boy band Sauti Sol followed at number three. Other artists who were on the top ten list include Masauti, Nadia Mukami, King Kaka, Kaligraph Jones, Evelyn Wanjiru, Arrow Bwoy and Ethic Entertainment.
