The children were kids to Akothee’s late Turkana friend; a single mother of 7. Akothee took to social media to share the joy of helping the two orphans.
“I want to thank Mr. Abdi of Todonyang for assisting us register our two kids in school!

Akothee also mentioned that due to very few flying options in Turkana, her trip has been affected and she might delay getting back to her duties.

She fed them and donated several amenities to the community including dry foods, utensils for use and even sanitary towels.
Akothee is not only a mother of 7 now but also a mother to any child who reaches out to her in need of help.
