Ghanaian dancehall, Afropop and dancehall artiste, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, who is popularly known in the entertainment circle as MzVee is labelled as the best dance-hall queen of Ghana. Mzvee happens to be the daughter of Mr. Ernest Hamenoo-Kpeda and Mrs. Florence Hamenoo-Kpeda who all hails from the Volta Region of the country. MzVee from her infancy was noted to sing at church and also in the classrooms when the stage was made available. Her talented was noted by her parents hence their support to bring the best in their daughter.


MzVee who was formerly under the popular Lynx Entertainment Record label is gifted as her songs bring joy, pleasure, and inspiration to its listeners. And to prove the love is real, MzVee has been able to win a couple of awards and got several nominations because of her music.

She had her secondary at the St. Mary Girls’ Secondary School and her tertiary education at the Ghana Telecom University.

The single songstress has been in the music industry for long and managed to maintain relevance. Her debut album graced the markets in 2014, and people could not get enough of it.
