US President Donald Trump Pays Emotional Tribute To Kobe Bryant

Unbelievable would even be an understatement to describe the how the world received the news of the untimely death of basketball legend Kobe Bryant.

The NBA star, together with some others, died after they were involved in a helicopter crash in California.

The crash is said to have happened in Calabasas on Sunday morning and everyone on board died.

One report stated that: Kobe was traveling with at least 3 other people in his private helicopter when it went down. A fire broke out.

Emergency personnel responded, but nobody on board survived. 5 people are confirmed dead. We’re told Vanessa Bryant was not among those on board.

Since the news broke, tributes have been flowing in from all corners of the world.

And the President of the United States of America, Donal Trump also paid tribute to Kobe.

In a social media post, sighted by AfricaCelebrities.com on Facebook, the US President penned the following tribute to the legend:

“Kobe Bryant, despite being one of the truly great basketball players of all time, was just getting started in life.

“He loved his family so much, and had such strong passion for the future. The loss of his beautiful daughter, Gianna, makes this moment even more devastating.
