Video: Ex-President Of Ghana’s Son Trains With Premiere League Team – Watch

Former President John Mahama’s son, Sharaf Mahama has been captured training with Ghana Premier League side West African Football Academy (WAFA) SC, a report on Ghanasoccernet reveals.

The report says the 24 year old striker has been at the camp of WAFA for a while now and has been working out along with teammates of the Sogakope-based team.

A portion of the report quoted a source saying, ”Sharaf has been good and a wonderful kid. He’s Very respectful and determined to succeed as a footballer. He’s well traveled but was impressed with the facilities here and that’s a plus for us.”

It remains unclear if Sharaf has signed a professional contract to play for the premier league team but hopes are high for the talented forward.

Sharaf Mahama was signed unto a Belgian football club KV Mechelen in 2016 and also played in ex Ghana Captain Stephen Appiah’s testimonial in 2015.
