Pastor Brian Amoateng has apologized after getting on the nerves of Ghanaians for making a provocative statement that churches are not obliged to share hand sanitizers to help fight COVID-19.

In a Facebook live video sighted by AfricaCelebrities.Com, Pastor Amoateng said it is not mandatory for the church to help fight COVID-19 but it is mandatory for people to keep tithes and offertories coming.

In a new video, the founder of iYes has denied ever saying all what was heard in the previous video.

He claimed he was misunderstood and the said video under review was an hour long teaching about offering.

The Pastor put on record that he is not against churches giving out sanitizers to its members and even extending to the community at large.
