Akufo-Addo Lauds Two Ghanaians For Inventing ‘COVID-19 Prevention Electronic Bucket’ – Videos

President of the Republic, Nana Akufo-Addo has commended the efforts of two young inventors for their hand washing inventions to support the fight against COVID-19.

The President in his address on Sunday evening mentioned Kelvin Owusu Dapaah and Richard Boateng, students from the Obuasi Senior High and Technical School and also Jude Osei an entrepreneur.

Kelvin Owusu Dapaah and Richard Boateng, both members of the Obuasi Secondary Technical School’s Robotics Club invented an electronic Veronica Bucket which allows people to wash their hands without touching the tap.

Jude Osei on the other hand developed a solar powered hand washing station out of metallic drums.

Their inventions aims at encouraging proper hand washing and also prevent the spread of the virus simultaneously.
