Agyemang-Badu Sadly Narrates His Life Struggles On TV – Says His Sister Was Murdered And He Nearly Died

Ghanaian footballer Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has narrated the struggles and frustrations he has endured in the last two years.

Describing it as the toughest years of his life, Agyemang-Badu shared how his sister was gruesomely murdered and injuries that had him off the pitch for almost half a year.

The talented Ghanaian player lost his sister last month to bullet wounds from a man identified as Kwabena Yeboah aka Kobii (Still on the run) .

“2019 and 2020 have been the toughest years of my life,” He told BBC. “I nearly died, i got a lot of injuries and i lost my sister in a very painful way.”

“It’s very difficult for me and my family. The guy who shot my sister is on the run, they haven’t got him yet because things are going slow because of this virus.”

He also added that the current state of the COVID-19 virus has left him stranded and lonely in Italy with no one to keep him company but he thanked his club manager for the support they gave.

“I have been in a room for 34 days. My sister has been killed painfully and i couldn’t go to see what happened.”

“But this is the job i have chosen. This is how the situation has been. I just need to abide with it, take care of myself, be mentally tough and live with it right now because right now i can’t do anything” he sadly added.
