Nigeria has been thrown into a state of mourning after the chief of staff to President’s Muhammadu Buhari died from the coronavirus. Abba Kyari a close confidante of the president succumbed to the disease on Friday after almost a month of treatment.
The unfortunate news was announced by the presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina on his Twitter handle. Abba Kyari was a Cambridge-trained lawyer and served as President Buhari’s chief of staff from 2015 till his demise.
