Coronavirus: Ghana Ranked 4th Most Infected African Country By WHO – See Full List
World Health Organization (WHO) has complied a list of African countries infected by coronavirus in order of confirmed cases.
According to WHO, Africa has recorded of 21,000 cases in total with over 5,000 recoveries and about 1,000 deaths as at April 20, 2020.

South Africa leads the list with 3,158 total cases followed by Algeria and Cameroon with 2,629 and 1,016 cases respectively.
The list also places Ghana 4th with 1042 recorded cases and 9 deaths as at Sunday April 19.
The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo confirmed in his latest address to the nation that the country’s cases has shot up into the thousands with 99 persons fully recovered and 930 persons isolated and receiving treatment.
