I’m Sorry My Generation Misled You – Actress Yvonne Nelson Apologizes To The Youth

Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has expressed regrets in the poor and misleading way her generation has taught the youth and has sought for their forgiveness.

Yvonne in a tweet came to the conviction that she and her colleagues have played a major role in lying to the youth for so long that it has affected their (the youth) self esteem.

She begged that the young ones quit being hard on themselves as it is not their doing but what she (Yvonne) and her cohorts have been broadcasting.

The mother of one went on to advice the youth to believe in their beauty and prioritize attaining higher education so they can be proud leaders in the future.

She wrote, ” I apologize to the younger ones.Sorry, my generation has lied to you guys so much….Pls stop being so hard on yourselves. You are beautiful,love yourself, believe in yourself and prioritize attaining a higher education…you’ll be proud you did.

Kids these days have swayed their focus from acquiring wisdom and skill to chasing social media followers and making derogatory posts all thanks to steps some celebrities have taken.

We hope her advice will be taken in good faith and some decency will return to the youth.
