Nigeria To Receive Herbal Coronavirus Cure From Madagascar

Nigeria is set to receive COVID Organics (CVO), a herbal cure for the novel Coronavirus, developed by Republic of Madagascar. The medicine is said to prevent and also cure the virus.

According to reports from The Nation, Nigeria’s consignment has been sent to Equatorial Guinea from where it will be en-rout to Nigeria;s Capital.

The reports also stated that Nigeria is one of the African countries selected to receive the herbal medicine and the countries were divided into Zones for easy transportation.

Some health practitioners and researchers are pushing for clinical trails of the medicine before being used on citizens and some also believe since it worked in Madagascar with no known negative side effects, it should put to immediate use when it arrives.

Nigeria has however recorded 4,399 positive COVID-19 cases as at last night with 248 new cases announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
