Man Stabs Wife Multiple Times For Taking Money From Other Men

A woman has landed at the intensive care of a hospital after she was stabbed multiple times by her husband.

He absconded with their first child after stabbing his wife, Tosin, multiple times at Jankara-ijaiye, in Alagbado area of Lagos State.

Her husband who was identified as Toheeb Badmus stabbed her after she admitted taking money from some male friends as a gift for her new baby.

A sister of the victim narrated that the woman told her husband that some two male friends gave her money for their unavailability at their baby’s naming ceremony.

Toheeb Badmus tool offence by his wife’s action and accused her of flirting with the men. It culminated into an argument and Tosin left the house.

She returned two days later to mend her fractured marriage, but her husband engaged in an argument with her once more.

This time around it was so extreme that her husband flared up. He angrily broke a glass object and stabbed his wife three times.

The man picked his first son and took to his heels after committing the heinous crime. His wife was saved their neighbours who heard her wailing.

A case was reported to the police and there is a manhunt for Toheeb Badmus for him to be arrested and arraigned before a law court to be prosecuted.
