Robbers Open Fire In Police Station And Robs Bank At Kogi State Nigeria
Many are feared dead as robbers attacked a bank in Isanlu town, a suburb of Kogi State, and also opened fire at the towns police station on Thursday June 4.

Reports gathered say, they first charged into the towns police station first to open fire on unsuspected officers present, killing and injuring many. They then moved to the bank where they robbed and killed more people.
It is said that they operated for over an hour and succeeded in their raid leaving bodies scattered all over the town.

The state’s police spokesperson told reporters that the Deputy Commissioner of Police is on his way to assess the situation.
“Attacks on a bank and police formation was reported by civilians but I can’t give you details because the DPO on ground cannot be reached yet but the Deputy Commissioner of Police is on his way to assess the situation.”
