Naira Marley Breaks Laws To Organize Public Concert Amid COVID-19 – Watch

Opotoyi singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley has incurred the wrath of some Nigerians after he held a fully packed concert in Abuja.

On Saturday night in Abuja, the safety protocols and everything said about social distancing was swept under the carpet when Naira Marley mounted the stage.

The concert, which was meant to be a ‘drive in’ experience quickly turned out to be something else as quite a large number of fun-seekers violated social distancing at the venue.

The indigenous rapper arrived in a private jet at the capital city along with former Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemate, Kim Oprah who was billed to host the concert, despite ban on interstate movement and flights.

Some Nigerians are unhappy about the act and has called for the law to take action against Naira Marley and the organizers of the event. Watch the concert and read some reactions below.
