Wife Buys Coffin As Gift For Her Husband On Father’s Day

Residents in Anambra State were surprised on Sunday afternoon when a woman was seen dragging a customized coffin to her house as gift for her husband.

Reports say the wife purchased the coffin four days to Father’s Day and kept in at the carpentry so she could surprise her husband on Sunday.

So yesterday after church, she went straight to the Carpentry for the gift and headed home to shock her husband. The woman lives at Oko, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

“We were surprised when she came in with the coffin. Nobody could understand her”, a family source said.

Another family member described the woman as abnormal and an attention seeker.

“Nobody paid attention to her problem. She is not normal.

“She has been crying for help, but unfortunately Nigeria and its leaders have not built mental health centres in our hospitals to address these issues.”
