Burna Boy Is 29 Today

Versatile Nigerian artiste, Burna Boy hits 29 years old today, July 2nd and his fans are showering him with love.

The Port Harcourt-born musician, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu Rex, has grown into a household name after he emerged on the entertainment scene some eight years ago.

He is the son of Bose Ogulu, a Nigerian celebrated academic and businessman who also doubles as his manager. He schooled in his native Rivers State up to the secondary level before moving to London for further studies.

The award-winning star broke into prominence with his first single Like To Party which was also the lead song on his debut album L.I.F.E.

Aside the numerous awards bagged at home and on the African continent, the musician has also won other internationally acclaimed awards including the 2019 and 2020 BET Awards’ International Best Act.
