Watch CCTV Footage Capturing Moment US-Based Ghanaian Rapper Was Shot Dead In His Home – Video

US based Ghanaian rapper Jay Gunz was found on Sunday, July 5th in a pool of blood after he was reportedly shot in his home in New York.

A CCTV footage has found it way onto social media and the video captured the very moment Jay Gunz was running for his life but was shot dead.

The New York Police Department released the CCTV footage online in reaction to the rapper’s death and also to help in the identification of the gunmen.

On Sunday, July 5th, Police Officers from the 44 Precinct responded to a 911 call for a male shot at 306 East 171 street. Upon arrival they discovered three males with gunshot wounds. Two of the victims, later died from their injuries, while one remains hospitalized. pic.twitter.com/EyKg6eduYj

Jay Gunz was attacked with two others in his home in Bronx, New York. The police wrote in addition to the video;

“On Sunday, July 5th, Police Officers from the 44 Precinct responded to a 911 call for a male shot at 306 East 171 Street.
“Upon arrival, they discovered three males with gunshot wounds. Two of the victims, later died from their injuries, while one remains hospitalized.”
