Cristiano Ronaldo Sets Another Record With Brace In Juve’s 2-1 Win Over Lazio
Cristiano Ronaldo has now become the only player in football history to score 50 goals or more in the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A.
This was after the Portuguese skipper hit a brace in Juventus’ 2-1 win over Lazio on Monday night.
It was Ronaldo’s 49th and 50th strikes for Juventus in 61 Serie A matches since his move from Real Madrid to Turin in the summer of 2018.
His record of 50 goals in just 61 appearances also makes him the fastest Juventus player to reach half a century of Serie A goals.
He is now tied on 30 goals with Lazio striker Ciro Immobile for the season as they battle each other of the top scorer award in the Italian top tier.
