Yemi Alade Features On Beyonce’s Black IS King Visual Album – PHOTOS

Yemi Alade, who featured on the studio album of Beyonce’s The Gift Project will be appearing in the visual album, Black Is King.

American singer Beyonce announced the release of a visual album for her new project The Gift in July and has released still images.

The project is in collaboration with Disney TV and will be released on July 31.

Beyonce said the project, just like her previous works, will celebrate African creatives and give them a chance to be recognized globally.

Soundcity tweeted photos from the project with the caption; “Yemi Alade stars alongside Bey, Lupita Nyongo, others in the visual album from Beyoncé #BlackisKing which reimagines the lessons of “The Lion King” for today’s young queens. Director Meji Alabi also contributes to the film. Out this July!”
