Court Dismisses Fraud Case Against Hushpuppi’s Henchman, Mr Woodberry
Fraud case against Olalekan Ponle a.k.a Mr Woodberry, has been dismissed by a United States Court.
Mr Woodberry was arrested in June, alongside Ramon Abbas famed as Hushpuppi, over a multi million dollar wire fraud.

Woodberry was accused of tricking a Chicago company into sending wire transfers totaling $15.2 million and was extradited to the US on July 2nd.
A jury, at a United States District Court in Illinois, summed up the allegations against him to an eight-count charge of wire fraud, which violates section 1343 of the United States Codes.

However, the United States government on Monday July 20th filed a motion through its attorney John R. Lausch, requesting that the case against him be dismissed without prejudice.
