Van Vicker Questions Government’s Continuous Closure Of Cinemas
Ghanaian actor Van Vicker, has questioned the government’s decision to keep cinemas closed when other public places of gathering are being opened.
In an interview on TV3 with MzGee, the actor asked authorities to give specific reasons why cinemas as under locks and keys when drinking spots and churches are now being told to operate at full.

Van Vicker was of the view that opening cinemas would have been a good opportunity for film makers to make money especially in these troubling times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

He called on government to find ways of quickening the wobbling Ghanaian movie industry.
