Meet Mr Brown, The 32-Year-Old Ghanaian With Both Male And Female Organ – Video

Mr Brown is a 32-year-old Ghanaian living in the Eastern part of the country with a rare medical condition named hermaphroditism.

The man confirmed to a local television station in an interview that he was born with both male and female organs.

He said that he grew up confused as to whether he was male or female and was often ridiculed in school because he was different.

According to Mr Brown, his parents called him Akua, a name for a female and gave him ladies clothes to wear but he changed his name when he grew.

My parents named me Akua, but I felt I was more male than female and decided to rename myself Brown and stop wearing female dresses,” he said.

He added that he has undergone four surgeries to seal the female organ after a test revealed his male hormones performed better than the female ones.

He added that all surgeries were unsuccessful and is currently gathering funds to undergo a fifth surgery that will cost about GHc 30,000.
