Death Is Better Than Beign A Single Lady In Nigeria – Rapper Tipsy Enupo

Nigerian rapper, Tipsy Enupo has opined that it’s better for one to die than being a single lady living in Nigeria.

Her assertion comes after some authorities in Nigeria are advocating that, single ladies have to be subjected to drug test before they’re allowed to marry.

Taking to her instastory, she lamented how single ladies are being treated in Nigeria.

She listed a couple of instances that makes death a better option than being a single lady living in the most populous African nation.

She noted that, most landlords will not rent their houses to single ladies because they consider them as being irresponsible.

She also wrote that, the Nigerian society will question the source of a lady’s wealth whiles that is not done in the case of their male counterparts.

She wrote: “In Nigeria, it is hard for single ladies to rent a place…because they are deemed irresponsible by some landlords… In Nigeria, single ladies will be tested for drugs before marriage… In Nigeria, when a single lady has a car, property and she’s getting it… there are questions regarding her source of wealth.

At this point… death is better than being a single lady in Nigeria. Bunch of backward people. Spits”
