God’s Chosen Pastor Pleads Guilty To Defiling And Impregnating Two Underage Sisters

Wonders they say, shall never end! If one had told you that there will be a time when “men of God” will use the name of the Lord to commit crime under the pulpit, you might have thought, it’s a movie scene.

But the reality is that, a pastor identified as Nduka Anyanwu of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Church has defiled and impregnates two underage sisters in Nigeria.

The pastor, who was arraigned before court, pleaded guilty to defiling and impregnating the two underage sisters.

Police Prosecutor ASP Roman Unuigbe told the court that the defendant committed the offences sometime in June, in Oshodi area of Lagos.

The two girls are aged 13 and 17 years. The pastor committed the crime in the church under the pretex of holding prayer sessions with them.

The offence according to the police prosecutor, contravenes Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 which stipulates life imprisonment for the offence of defilement of a minor.

The case has been adjourned to September 15 by the Chief Magistrate Mrs. A. Adedayo and remanded the defendant in custodial center.
