Tiwa Savage’s Celia Album Peaks At Number One On iTunes In Nigeria

This is the season of albums in Nigeria considering the number of albums that have been released within the last couple of weeks.

The likes of Burna Boy, Fireboy DML, DJ Cuppy, Adekunle Gold and Tiwa Savage have all dropped their respective albums which are doing well in their own right.

Burna Boy’s ‘Twice As Tall’ album, for instance, has been on the lips of every entertainment person worldwide. It has taken the name, Burna Boy very high.

One of the two females among these artistes to have dropped albums is the defacto queen of Naija music, Tiwa Savage.

Her album, Celia has started picking up in many different countries in Africa and the rest of the world.

Currently, the album is occupying the number one spot on iTunes in Nigeria. This is no mean achievement for the singer who is known for dropping classics in recent past.

Taking to twitter, music statistics firm, Charts Africa made the announcement via their twitter handle.

Celia is an album that consist of 13 tracks and it features artistes such as Davido, Steflon Don, Naira Marley among others.
