Former contestant of the Big Brother Naija television reality show, Uriel Uputa has taken to her social media page to preach about the culture of self-believe.
According to her, the person who can help you succeed in life is yourself. Other than yourself, nobody owes you any help of a sort.

Using herself as an example, the chef and beautician noted that when she came back from UK, she lived independently and never bothered her family about her needs.
She disclosed that, she had a very rich uncle but never got help from him. In her narration, she only goes to her family for support when it had something to do with her health.

She recounted how she lost a very good friend because she needed a loan from that friend and her request wasn’t granted.
She therefore used her platform to preach about self reliance and having the zeal to work yourself out of poverty. She encouraged her fans to have faith in their hustle, because their time of victory is closer than they think.
