A self styled clergyman identified as Uchenna Chukwuma, 21 has been arrested by the Anambra State Police for allegedly killing a 60 year old native Doctor.
The native doctor who is also identified as Oliver Chukwudi Ugwu, met his untimely death in Umusiome, Nkpor, on Thursday, September 3.

The spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammad said men of the Ogidi divisional police station were deployed to scene upon a tip off immediately after the incident occurred.
Upon his arrest, Uchenna Chukwuma admitted to committing the crime but added that he was instructed by God to kill the native doctor.

The police report adds that, the suspect said the native doctor was disturbing him spiritually and has not allowed him to progress financially.
The 60 year old victim was rushed to the Iyi Enu hospital, Ogidi where the doctor confirmed him dead. His body was subsequently deposited at the hospital’s mortuary awaiting autopsy.
