Former Nigerian Governor’s 23-Year-Old Daughter Dies During Childbirth (Photos)

Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, a former governor of Sokoto state Nigeria has announced the passing of his 23-year-old daughter Sadiya Magatakarda Wamakko.

According to reports, she died on Thursday, September 10th at the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital in Sokoto after suffering child birth complications.

Sadiya Magatakarda Wamakko‘s funeral prayer was conducted Thursday night at the residence of Senator Wamakko with few family, friends and sympathizers present.

Other dignitaries who attended the funeral were Magajin Garin Sokoto and Magajin Rafin Sokoto, Alhaji Hassan Danbaba and Alhaji Rilwanu Bello.
