The System Must Change First Before I Will Join Politics – Davido Drops A Hint
Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has dropped a hint on whether or not he’ll be joining politics soon.
In an interview with Beats FM, Davido was asked whether he’s considering going into politics soon.

Davido answered in the affirmative but gave a condition that has to be met before he will join politics.
Davido, during the interview was asked: “Are you sure you’re not going to be into Politics later?”

Davido replied: “To me ehn, before i go into politics, they have to change the whole system. I’m not going to hustle and win the election, be sitting in my office then they will now take me to court and later tell me i did not win. I know if i go into Politics, I will win, it’s obvious”
Davido’s uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke, when he was running for office, the singer was heavily involved. His output during the time gave his fans the confidence that he’ll do well in politics.
Most Nigerian celebrities have decided to join politics full time. Banky W, Tonto Dikeh, Ini Edo and numerous others have all decided to join politics.
