I’m The Only Artiste In Africa With Over 50% Listener Retention – Brymo Brags
Popular award-winning Nigerian singer, Olawale Olofooro, known widely by his stage name, Brymo, has once again caused a stir on social media after he declared himself the biggest act in the continent.
Brymo who has been noted for passing controversial statements about the industry on social media has declared himself as the only artiste with over 50% listener retention rate in Africa.

Whiles praising himself, he took a swipe at the widely endorsed top three artistes in Nigeria currently – Davido, Wizkid and Burna Boy.
He noted that when all these three artistes put their listener retention rate together, they will not cross the 20% mark.

He took to twitter and wrote: “Only artiste on the continent with over 50% listener retention… all top three pop acts in Nigeria have less than 20% put together”
Brymo has been in the music industry for over a decade now and has managed to stay relevant throughout these years.
His feature on Ice Prince’s “Oleku” song was what made it a hit for the rapper. His catchy chorus and hooks got listeners glued to the track.
