Burna Boy And Rema Gets Emotional After Securing Nomination For “Best African Act” In The 2020 MTV EMA Awards

The nominees list for the 2020 MTV EMA Awards has been announced and the African Giant, Burna Boy and Rema is representing hard for Nigeria in the Best African Act category.

Burna Boy secured another nomination in the same category he won last year and he could not help but get emotional on social media. Rema joined him this time in the category.

Showing appreciation t MTV for the recognition and his fans for the support, Burna wrote on his social media handles, “A big thank you to my MTV family for nominating me again for this award and to my fans all over the world for listening to and supporting my music.“

Aside Burna Boy and Rema representing Nigeria, other African singers in the category include, Master KG, Kabza de Small and DJ Maphorisa (South Africa), Sheebah (Uganda), and Gaz Mawete (Democratic Republic of The Congo.
