Reekado Banks Digs Up A Tweet He Made In 2018 About The Unprofessionalism Of SARS
In the wake of the rising pressure on the Nigerian authority to disband SARS, Mavins Records artiste, Reekado Banks has pulled up a tweet he made in 2018 narrating his experience with SARS.
Celebrities, youths and other ordinary Nigerians are speaking in unison against SARS after they killed an unarmed young man in Lagos. They’re saying enough is enough!

In 2018, Reekado Banks had a terrible encounter with the SARS unit of the police and swiftly made a post about his experience on twitter.
He wrote that, he doesn’t see the difference between armed robbers and SARS. He continued that, he was stopped by SARS who were not wearing uniform and quickly pointed their guns at him and his team.
He explained that, the police recognized him when he came down and that was what saved them.

He has pulled up the tweet to re-echoe the call for the dissolution of SARS.
He tweeted in 2018: “I don’t even know the difference btw SARZ and ARMED ROBBERS! The ones I met today over took in a regular car, No uniforms, immediately pointed their guns and asked that we came down from the car, then calmed down when they noticed me. Biko what if I wasn’t me ??? “
