Nigerian multiple award-winning afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has proposed to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to introduce electronic voting in the next presidential election.
The artiste, added that electronic voting is the only way that will see to the end of vote rigging and ballot boxes snatching.

In effect, Davido is suggesting that, the will of the people is not always respected during elections as the candidate who can sponsor thugs to snatch ballot boxes gets the nod.

He added that, Tech is the future, and it was high time the INEC begun looking for innovative ways of conducting elections.
He tweeted: “Introduce electronic voting …. automatic stopping of seizing of ballot boxes .. #nomorerigging”
