Nigerians Are Used To Suffering That They Think It’s Normal – Simi
Nigerian singer, Simi has outlined some of the things that exist in Nigeria that is painting governance black and making life difficult in the West African nation.
The singer noted that Nigerians have suffered so much to the extent that they think suffering is normal.
In her bid to explain her point, she added that paying of bribe is found in almost everything that you need to do in Nigeria. She said paying of bribe is no longer considered a crime because it’s just a means of survival.

She listed schools, hospitals, airports, the prisons, among others as places where you have to pay to get in or out.
She took to twitter and wrote: “Nigerians are so used to suffering now that they think it’s normal. If you don’t have money to “give someone” to get what you actually deserve, there’s almost no chance for progress. Bribe is not even bribe, it’s just survival.
