Buhari Gives His Full Backing To The Judicial Panel Of Inquiry To Investigate End SARS Brutalities

President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has stated his willingness to support the Judicial Panel Of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to look into the atrocities committed during the End SARS protest.

The president made this known via his official twitter page where he also urged all other States to set up similar bodies to investigate incidents in the End SARS protest.

He was optimistic that the Judicial Panel Of Inquiries in the various States will impartially ensure justice is done on behalf of the protesters and law enforcement agencies.

He tweeted: “The Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Govt has my full support,as it commences sitting this week. I‘m confident that all the State Panels will help ensure justice is done on behalf of the peaceful protesters and law enforcement agents who sadly lost their lives.”

The End SARS protest which started peacefully ended up taking the lives of many young and promising Nigerians after some security operatives were unleashed to counter the protest.
